This week introduces improvements to timesheets, variation management, and overall interface usability.
You can now set a default pay period for each contact.
Timesheets can automatically pre-fill using either:
hours
days
This reduces manual entry when creating timesheet records.
Variation orders can now include a description field.
This helps provide clearer context for variation records and improves readability when exporting or reviewing variation reports.
Several interface improvements have been made to make the platform easier to read and navigate, including:
larger navigation bar
improved font sizing
clearer icons
These changes make information easier to scan across dashboards and reports.
When navigating through BOQ or payment application items, the sidebar will now close automatically if the selected item is no longer visible.
This helps keep the workspace tidy while reviewing large project structures.
Exported payment applications now include key client information on the cover page to make documents easier to distribute externally.
Documents saved as drafts now display a clear draft status indicator and progress bar.
This makes it easier to identify documents that still require review before finalisation.
